If you use older firefox it won't appear . So that you have to install latest version of Firefox.

To fix this problem ... First download latest version of Firefox
http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/new/
After that download fire bug

After that download firepath
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-us/firefox/addon/firepath/
